"We are delighted to announce that January's Animology International Groomer Of The Month is Lakhi Gill, of Posh Pets, Birmingham, UK, with his entry of Digbee the Old English Sheepdog. Congratulations Lakhi!
"Our judge for January was Lisa Leady. Explaining her choice, Lisa said of Lakhi's groom, "This wasn't easy, as all of the entries look nice! But my winner is Lakhi Gill of Posh Pets with Digbee the Old English Sheepdog. He did a lovely job on this dog, the dog is balanced, and a lot of hard work went into making that dog so beautiful!"
"Lisa Leady is a Certified Master Groomer by two organisations (the National Dog Groomers Association of America and the International Pet Groomers, Inc.). She is also a member of Groom Team USA and was the #2 ranked groomer in the country in 2006 and 2007. Lisa has received numerous awards over her 30 year grooming career; among them was the very first Grooming Contest Judge of the Year from Barkleigh Honours (an award she recently won for a third time!).
